HOW TO ENTER

It's the Entry Form

Simply write your poem on the official entry form. You can get the official form from your school, or use the button below to download a form. Rules and the legal stuff are here.

Nerdy Stuff about the Online Entry Form

To fill in the form on-line, you first need to download a copy to your computer. The folder “documents” is a good place to store it.

How you do this varies depending on what browser you use.

For Internet Explorer and Internet Edge:

  • When you click on the Download button, Dropbox will start, and you’ll get an invitation to join Dropbox – you can ignore this by clicking on the “no thanks” option at the bottom of the pop-up box.
  • Select the Direct Download from the Dropbox screen.
  • IE and Edge will then ask you what you want to do with the form, select the arrow on the Save button, and select “save as” and asve the form in Documents.

For Chrome

  • When you click on the Download button, Dropbox will start, and you’ll get an invitation to join Dropbox – you can ignore this by clicking on the “no thanks” option at the bottom of the pop-up box.
  • Select the Direct Download from the Dropbox screen.
  • Chrome Download will start, click on the RH arrow, and select “show in Folder”.
  • Then move from Downloads to Documents.
